RUBY WAX – FRAZZLED
The sassy and smart OBE brings her new one woman show to the stage. A lengthy career in comedy and more recently a mental heath campaigner has informed the show which gives ‘a guided tour of the mind and how to use it, not lose it’.
The show is based on her number one best seller “A Mindfulness Guide For The Frazzled”. Her work is heavily informed by her masters degree in mindfulness which she underwent at Oxford University three years ago.
