Danish band Lowly Accounce Tour Dates…

With their debut album “Heba” having been released in February on label Bella Union, this band have a sold–out tour booked throughout May, and have now announced news of a 5–date UK tour in November!

Also booked for the Barbican next week supporting label–mates Mercury Rev as part of Bella Union’s 20th anniversary celebrations, and Latitude Festival the following day, the Danish quintet are then back on stage in August at Sea Change festival in Totnes, and then End of the Road in early September.

At the back end of last year the band also shared a mesmerising video for the track “Word”. Directed by Noe Morre, it’s a visual meditation addressing the global issue of how we vocalise the debate about the humanitarian catastrophe that is the war in Syria and the resulting refugee crisis in Europe.
