FLO are setting the pace for a new wave of British R&B. After collecting a BRIT Award, a GRAMMY nomination, and notching up record-breaking tours, the trio – Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer – are back with their second album, “Therapy At The Club”, dropping 7th August. Before that, they’re hitting the road for a run of stripped-back shows across the UK, landing on stage in London on the 23rd July.
FLO’s latest single, “Don’t Break Her Heart”, fuses slick vocals with a message of sisterhood and empowerment. The track lays foundations for the new album’s introspective take on club culture, exploring everything from heartbreak and desire to the communal healing of a night out with friends. Collaboration is at the core: they’ve pulled in talents like Julian Bunetta, Steph Jones, and Amy Allen for production and songwriting, while taking an active hand in crafting the tracks themselves.
Recent months have seen FLO reach new heights: a history-making GRAMMY nod for their debut “Access All Areas”, a trophy at the MOBOs, and the biggest US headline tour for a British girl group in 20 years. Their live sets are a celebration of their artistry and a showcase for the honest, evolving sound they’re bringing to 2026.
Catch FLO as they road-test new material and revisit fan favourites in their unique stripped-back format – these dates are sure to be hot tickets.
