The fascinating sound produced by this LA art-rock quartet stems from Emily Kokal and fellow guitarist Theresa Wyman’s childhood friendship. Together with bassist Jenny Lee Lindberg and drummer Stella Mozgawa, the band’s live chemistry is totally mesmerizing. They effortlessly transform intimate moments in to cathartic highs within the same song, focusing on shifting harmonies and eerie lyrics, resulting in a euphoric experience for all involved.
