The legendary Studio Ghibli teams up with Oscar winner Michael Dudok de Wit to produce this truly unique dialogue-free animated film. A man is shipwrecked on a beautiful but deserted island and must use the habitat in order to survive. Observed by a group of sand crabs, he builds his own raft in order to escape but is constantly challenged by the cruelly changeable weather and a red turtle with an apparent vendetta.
