The good thing about Union Chapel gigs is that you know they’re always going to be good. Really good!
The majesty of such a venue is reserved only for the very best acts around and Suzanne Vega is no exception.
Now a veteran of the of the Western music world (and we mean that in the nicest possible way) Suzanne Vega crept into public consciousness in the mid-eighties with hit singles “Luka” and “Tom’s Diner”.
The latter was originally sung a capella, but received a new lease of life in the mid-nineties when DNA remixed it into this absolute classic.

Vega’s unique vocal style and folk rock leanings put her with other classic artists of the genre such as Joni Mitchell and Joan Osbourne.
With a wealth of material in her back catalogue, including her latest LP “Tales from the Realm of the Queen of Pentacles”, this show is sure to be a world class performance.
