Brighton based producer Max Wheeler and singer/songwriter Victoria Port are the duo behind Anushka. Signed to the prestigious Brownswood Recordings (Gilles Peterson’s label), the pair have been turning heads thanks to their infectious combination of club sounds and funky house beats, all tied together by Port’s jazzy vocals. They describe themselves as “vocal music for sound systems” and this gig will showcase that to full effect.
