Toronto-based trio Badbadnotgood have built themselves a strong reputation as a versatile act, mixing chilled-out ambient soundscapes with avant-garde jazz. Following in the footsteps of the Cinematic Orchestra and Roots Manuva, the band recently teamed up with Wu-Tang’s Ghostface Killah. Talk about a curve-ball!
The results however, are undeniably good. Brilliant in-fact! One watch of their video for “Raygun (Feat. Doom)” below will have you hooked.
This is a live show for jazz muso’s and rap fans alike. Who knows when this line-up are likely to take to the stage in this neck of the woods again.
