The Magners Greenwich Comedy Festival returns this week to the iconic National Maritime Museum with yet another selection of comedians including Reginald D Hunter, Adam Buxton, Ed Byrne, David O’Doherty, Tim Key, Bridget Christie, Paul Foot, Sara Pascoe, Nick Helm and many more. Each of these comedy giants will soon descend upon one of London’s most iconic locations for another round of award-winning comedy in the sublime surroundings of the National Maritime Museum (SE10).
Sponsored by Magners, this year’s event is the biggest yet with the Big Top and Apple Top hosting some painstakingly curated shows. There’s also a fantastic programme of completely free-of-charge comedy, cabaret, music, cider sampling and more in the Magners Orchard, a babbling oasis forming the heart of the festival. Plus bars, gourmet street food and a pop-up restaurant providing you with all the tasty fuel you require to keep those belly-laughs coming.
Since its launch six years ago the festival has presented the comedy-loving public with some of the biggest and best names in the business. Previous talents to have graced their stage include the likes of Bill Bailey, Russell Howard, Reginald D Hunter, Sean Lock, Jo Brand, Dylan Moran and this year promises to be no exception.
Book your tickets now and ensure you see out your summer with a huge grin on ‘yer face!
