Taking place at the restored Picturehouse Central cinema on Shaftesbury Avenue, London, W1, Doc’n Roll Film festival celebrates the joining of music and film by screening the very best in brand new music documentaries within with the beautifully restored Trocadero building from September 20 until October 4.
Festival co-director Vanessa Lobon had this to say about the Doc’n Roll’s sophomore outing
“This year we are delighted to return to London, bigger and better, for our 2nd edition of the fest. The programme features 14 fascinating premiere music documentaries, that showcase Instigators and Innovators in the spheres of Rock, Blues, Soul, Punk, Hip-Hop and World music. A host of Q&As with the directors and their accomplices will provide further insight into what drives these mavericks and outlaws!”
