John Boyega (Star Wars) makes his theatre debut in one of the most influential plays ever written. This new version by Jack Thorne updates the story to a modern setting, giving the material a new voice for today’s audience. The story focuses on young solider Franz Woyzeck and the love of his life who are desperately trying to build a better life and future for their child. But as they attempt to escape poverty, the true cost of their plan becomes all too high and as tragedy unfurls, the plight of the people that society left behind becomes all too real. Performances run from May 15th to June 24th.
